Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Grippy Code. This policy explains when refunds do and don't apply. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing, you agree to it.
1. AI Receptionist subscriptions
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- We refund your unused minutes — not the whole plan. If you cancel and request a refund, we refund the value of the included minutes you have not yet used in the current billing period, calculated at your plan's standard per-minute rate. For example, on a 400-minute plan where you've used 300 minutes, the 300 used minutes are not refundable but the 100 unused minutes are.
- Used minutes and overage are never refundable — they reflect real third-party costs (telephony + AI) we have already paid on your behalf.
- Annual plans: if you cancel mid-term, your plan stays active until the end of the paid year. On request we refund the value of your unused included minutes for the remaining paid period; we do not refund used minutes or already-delivered service.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full — just contact us.
2. Websites & landing pages (prepaid minimum term)
Website plans are billed six (6) months in advance. Your initial payment covers the first six (6) months of service — twelve (12) months for WebGL/Immersive sites — which is also the minimum term. This prepayment is non-refundable once we begin building your site. After the prepaid minimum term ends, your plan continues month-to-month at the same monthly rate, and you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid month and stops future billing. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a paid month or for the prepaid minimum term.
3. CRM subscriptions
The CRM is billed as a per-seat subscription: a base plan of $75/month that includes one (1) administrator seat, plus $25/month for each additional user seat. You may choose monthly or annual billing; annual plans are billed once for ten (10) months of fees and include twelve (12) months of service. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. CRM fees already incurred are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time or seats within a paid period.
4. Bundles
Bundles combine a website plan with an AI Receptionist or CRM subscription at a discount, and are fully recurring. The website portion follows the website rules (Section 2), including the prepaid minimum term; the CRM portion follows Section 3; the AI Receptionist portion follows the subscription rules (Section 1).
5. How to request a refund
Email info@grippycode.com from the address on your account with your business name and the charge in question. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under the consumer or commercial laws that apply to you.
